Indonesia

Indonesia is an extraordinary collection of islands. It’s location ensures it straddles both Asia and Australia in terms of biology and it’s island make-up means there are an array of iconic and indigenous species to be found in and among it’s ever dwindling rainforests in particular. Although Orang-utans rightly top the worlds attention in this respect the plight of the Komodo dragons and truly engaging Black-crested Macaques of Sulawesi are equally as important to dwell on.
