It might be one of the hottest places I have been, but in terms of both diversity and the most incredible density of it’s star attraction, the otherwise very elusive jaguar, the Pantanal region of Brazil is right up there in terms of amazing locations for wildlife. As a cat owner I have always been fascinated by all of their wild relatives and the sheer power of jaguars allied to their fantastic swimming ability makes them right up there in terms of my favourite felines.
