I simply had to single Namibia out with its own collection of images as it is unlike any other African country that I have visited as well as probably the one that I love the most. ┬áIt’s emptiness is not for everyone and finding wildlife is both hard and often involves long amounts of time travelling too, but over the last fifteen or so years since I first visited here, bewitched by the prospect of real wilderness in which to photograph, I have travelled to almost all the corners of the country and found my favourite place on the continent as well. The quiet nature of the place, the people and the settings in which to photograph it’s wildlife are and always will be, very special.
